The Federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act prohibits creditors from discriminating against credit applicants on the basis of sex or marital status. The agency that administers compliance with the law is the Federal Trade Commission, Equal Credit Opportunity, Washington, D.C. 20580. Membership Privileges, Notices, Disclosures & Agreements DEFAULT AND LATE PAYMENTS: Should you default on any payment obligation as called for in this agreement, the club will have the right to declare the entire remaining balance due and payable and you agree to pay all allowable interest, and all costs of collection, including but not limited to collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default occurs when any payment due under this agreement is more than fourteen days late. A SERVICE FEE MAY BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY CHECK, DRAFT, CREDIT CARD, OR ORDER RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR ANY OTHER REASON. SHOULD ANY MONTHLY PAYMENT BECOME MORE THAN FOURTEEN DAYS PAST DUE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A LATE FEE OF $5.00. The amounts of service fees and late fees are subject to change from time to time without notice. If the Member is paying monthly dues by electronic funds transfer (EFT) or by credit or debit card, the club and its third-party billing service provider(s) (collectively, the “Company”), reserves the right to draft via EFT, credit card, or debit card (as applicable) all amounts owed by the member including any and all late fees and service fees. Subject to appropriate State and Federal Law. NOTE: Members paying monthly dues by EFT are subject to a $10.00 per month increase of monthly dues if EFT payment is stopped or changed. This will not affect any other provisions of this agreement. TERM RENEWAL OPTION: This agreement cannot be canceled for the period of the indicated months except as specifically provided for in this agreement. Your anniversary date is not the end of your membership. The end of your initial term will not end your monthly dues. After your anniversary date your dues will continue at the indicated amount every two weeks on a month to month basis until a 30 day notice of cancellation is given by either party, delivered to the club’s address, by sending an email to  club24contactus@gmail.com, or by completing the electronic cancellation form available at club24gyms.com (Contact Tab). Cancellation prior to the anniversary date requires a $89 term buyout fee. Recurring payments will continue until Member cancels this Agreement and Agreement expires. If a cancellation request is given while your account is frozen the freeze will be lifted automatically and payments will revert back to normal billing. Automatic Renewal Clause: You acknowledge and agree that this agreement will automatically renew and will continue until you cancel, in accordance with the terms and fees described above.
